Special Report: Housing Associations
Special Report: Housing Associations
July 2009
Welcome to our 3rd quarterly research report on the current technology initiatives at the UK's largest housing associations.
Increased demand for housing has meant that associations across the UK are faced with an ongoing challenge - how to drive down costs and improve efficiency. This report studies how technology, and specifically the IT function within the association, helps to achieve these goals, while improving productivity.
We've spoken with senior IT individuals across the UK's 10 largest housing associations about their current challenges, their work with external suppliers, how they manage such large remote workforces and other pressing issues.
